What does the recruitment process look like?

Our human resources department and heads of divisions analyze each application in detail in terms of compliance with the profile of the employees we are looking for. All applications of candidates who meet our requirements are taken into account in the process of further recruitment. The people we choose are then invited to an interview.

The meetings are conducted by representatives of the department responsible for the recruitment of new employees or the department to which the recruitment is conducted. During the interview with candidates, we find out whether they have the appropriate predispositions to work in a specific position and whether they meet the requirements necessary for employment in our company. 
After the recruitment interview, we contact the selected people to discuss the details of further cooperation. Some positions require a multi-stage recruitment, which we inform about at the initial stage of the interview.
