General Terms of cooperation with Laguna company

I. Cooperation Forms
1. Casual - orders to be placed by fax, electronic mail or by phone. Payment method - advance payment/ bank transfer only.
2. Deferred payment /open account on grounds of concluded Agreement for indefinite term only.
II Purchase terms according to provisions of trade agreement
III. Required documentation:

1. Registration documentation (copy) with conformity to original certified minimum 3 months as of the date of issue

2. TIN (Taxpayer Identification Number) decision granting number, BUSINESS UNIT IDENTIFICATION NUMBER IN THE MAIN OFFICE OF STATISTICS (REGON)

3. Bank account Number
4. Statements of owners specifying persons with powers to sign and act on behalf of owners
5. Articles of Partnership copy in case of unlimited partnership
6. Information on shared capital in case of limited liability company
7. Representations if required by Commercial Code

V. Disclaimer
On account of printing and website errors Laguna Company hereby disclaims responsibility for any errors and omissions of operating manuals. catalogues leaflets, web banners and folders.
VI. Reservation
Laguna Company reserves the exclusive right to trade mark of offered products.
Laguna Company reserves the right to make modifications with regard to technical parameters, appearance, features of products without prior notice.
Vendor reserves the proprietary right to sold products until the date when full payment of an invoice follows.
Coping, making use and duplicating of names, operating manuals of sold products may follow only if consent of the manufacturer was granted.
VII. We reserve the right to make modification with regard to prices and sizes without prior written notice.
VIII. Processed and prepared delivery shall not subject to return.
Profile colour change is available and an additional payment plus 50% of an initial price shall be charged exclusive of discounts. The Purchaser shall incur costs of transport with regard to another anodizing. The above applied to profiles ordered and paid up to 3 months as of date of purchase.
IX. Guarantee
The Seller grants 12 month guarantee for sold products (namely hardware for sliding doors). Guarantee does not cover rails/aluminium and steel profiles, hinges, anti-dust brushes, boards, doors, doorframes).
Complaint shall be accepted provided purchase of all parts and components included in Laguna System followed.
Complaint shall not be accepted if any part of Laguna product has been installed next to Laguna system or with products not manufactured by Laguna.
1. Purchased particular parts of hardware shall be used and applied according to purpose, load and application determined by the manufacturer.
2. Drive hardware shall be protected against mechanical damages, strikes and throws. Care should be taken with regard to gloss during service (protect against sand, dust, chips, sawdust, etc).
3. Any steel products shall be protected against humidity and extreme low temperatures.
4. Aluminium and steel profiles shall be separately stored and shall be wrapped in foil or separated with cardboard to protect against scratching.

Guarantee does not cover coloured aluminium profiles.

WARNING
Please request manufacturer/seller of boards to issue certificate confirming quality, moisture, deformation of boards with regard to application in furniture (after 6 months) and options with regard to connection of a board with a mirror with use of adhesive or glue.
