Can I order solid door?

Unfortunately, we do not sell panels. Our offer includes a wide range of systems for different types, thickness, and panels but it is the Client who selects his favourite solution.

How much is system?

Laguna company does not sell on retail basis. Contact Sales Department for further information (Phones numbers in Contact tab) regarding location of retail sales outlet.

How long is guarantee period?

Laguna Company grants 12 month guarantee period for Laguna products (namely hardware for sliding door). Guarantee does not cover rails/aluminium and steel profiles, hinges, anti-dust brushes, boards, doors, doorframes and all products manufactured by other manufacturers.

What suit package includes?

We offer suites of different colours and names. Each suite includes elements required for installation of the system: hardware, runners, stoppers etc. We deliver packages with information regarding required rail that shall be purchased additionally for the given suite. Each suite is delivered with lists of components (amount and type of hardware etc.). and Installation Manual.

What does suite include?

Each suite include dimensioned rail and set of hardware for one, two or three leafs. Each suite is packaged into robust foil tube and is marked with colour as in case of suites.

What do symbols in catalogue or price list stand for?

In case of a top aluminium rail of K-075 symbol please note that products purposed for this rail (particular elements) are marked with four digit number starting with 1., e.g. POP hardware -1110; where 1 stands for rail number and 110 stands for an ordinal number of given hardware. The same applies to the whole suites e.g. Ekonom under No. 1160 ; where 1 stands for rail number, and 160 stands for an ordinal number. By analogy it is quite the same with hardware for furniture systems for rail K-050 with number 2. For example hardware KOP-S/30 with 2212 number; where 2 stands for a rail and 212 stands for an ordinal number of hardware. The whole Unifuture 30kg suite for two leaves is marked with 2222 number ; where 2 stands for rail number, and 222 stands for an ordinal number of the suite.

What is application and purpose of construction systems?
Our offer includes passage doors and folding passage doors.
Passage doors find application in case of passage from one space to other space, as movable partition walls, to section off and in interiors, saloons, dining rooms, as well as shop fronts and shop doors.
We recommend folding door for: left and right hand folding cabinetries, light folding cabinetries, movable partitions, walk-in wardrobe.
Still-less systems shall be installed to a wall or a ceiling.

Differences between EKONOM, LIDER, STANDARD, SYNCHRONIK and PORTA GLASS system?

It is mainly capacity and later on components that make for differences (e.g. hardware, fixtures for boards). Below data regarding capacity relate to one leaf:

What is common for EKONOM, LIDER, STANDARD, SYNCHRONIK and PORTA GLASS systems?

All systems are provided with the same type of rail namely K-075 No. 1 (aluminium) or alternatively K-076 No. 13 (steel). Also systems use the same bottom rail (bottom runner AO-075 No. 1150 or C-10 No. 6 channel section), and only PORTA GLASS is provided with other bottom runner AOG No. 1101.

What makes for difference between BIFOLD, EKOFOLD, STANFOLD system?

The above systems are purposed for construction folding door systems. It is permitted load that makes for the main difference, and consequently employed components (e.g. hardware, runners), and a top rail.
BIFOLD 15kg purposed for light folding doors with 2 leaves mounted to delicate rail K-015 No. 9 with Bifold runner. Interlock for 2 leaves position unavailable.
While EKOFOLD 20kg and STANFOLD 40kg systems purposed for heavy folding doors with 4 leaves have different hardware (Ball bearings) and are provided with positioning interlock.

Similarities of EKOFOLD, STANFOLD systems?

EKOFOLD and STANFOLD system are provided with the same type top rail namely K-075 No. 1 (aluminium) or alternatively K-076 No. 13 (steel). These systems use also the same type bottom hardware (e.g. concealed, pivots) and universal hinges HI-276 and LUX hinges.

Does your offer include wall pocket doors?

We also offer GUSTAVSON pocket doors. Permitted capacity per single leaf is 100kg. An insert size is 2180mm x 1060mm and may be adapted freely any height and width of a leaf.
We offer GUSTAVSON system as a suite only with STANDARD hardware. Optionally double sliding Or synchronically opened sliding door as well as glass may be installed (e.g. PORTA GLASS).

Can I install concealed hardware?

System LIDER and STANARD are provided with side fixing PBB-075 No. 1180 that enable installation of concealed hardware.

Can I mask a top rail?

Yes, you can use aluminium masking cover and we offer aluminium masking cover K-066 No. 6660, SMART system, available in three colours of anode: natural, champagne and light golden. Please note that it may be applied for K-075 and K-076 rails only and in this case wall assembly jigs and angle section may not be applied.

Is top rail in other colours available?

Construction systems are offered only as standard aluminium and steel contrary to aluminium profiles for tall cabinetry.

Where and at which distance shall I mount wall/ceiling assembly jigs to provide for proper rail capacity?

Due to different weigh of doors there shall be appropriate amount of assembly jigs according to given load. Assuming load of 40 kg jigs shall be mounted every 50 cm and in case of 100kg load every 25 cm. A large number of assembly jigs protect against rail deformation and door drop.

Operation of self-closing LUX hinge?

Self-closing hinge LUX is provided with a special spring that maintains closed door leaves in one line. Ordinary hinges do not close door tightly. Thanks to LUX you can get door closed completely. This is perfect solution for boards of 18-40 mm and is available in brass and chrome colour (LUX No. 1176 - brass, LUX No. 1177 - chrome).

Is it possible to avoid boring openings in glass?

Our special clips eliminate necessity of boring and protect against any glass damages.

Is any risk of glass displacement out of fixing clips?

Space between clips and glass are provided with cork that prevents Any glass displacement /sliding.

Do systems carries strength or safety certificates?

Safety, quality and conformity of offered products with EU standards is within priority of Laguna Company. All products are protected by patent and law. Furthermore our products carry approvals of the Building Research Institute and Hygienic Certificates. Laguna Company was the first to be granted in 2000 Certificate of ISO 9001:2000.

Where to install furniture systems?

Systems are purposed for wall recess and cupboards in corridors, walk-in wardrobe, saloons, rooms, halls, libraries, shelving rack and for kitchen floor standing and wall hung cabinets, wardrobes, bedrooms, walk-in wardrobes, tall and short cabinetry, cupboards and bathroom, office, chemist and hospital cabinets.

What is the difference between systems for K-50 rail (No.2)?

UNIFUTURE 15/30/50kg along with double top track rail (aluminium K-050 No. 2 and steel K-052 No. 12) feature with the same bottom rail. Capacity depends on applied hardware. The heavier the stronger hardware is required. Bottom rail is the same as in case of construction systems (AO-075 runners or C-10 channel section).

FUTURE 30/50kg employs the same top rail as UNIFUTURE. Bottom rail is provided as aluminium AOF rail No. 3.

UNIFUTURE GLASS 25kg for glass cabinets, along with hardware similar to PORTA GLASS construction hardware equipped with clip (lighter structure). Top hardware is driven on K-050/K-052 rail while AOG/6 bottom runner is attached to floor.

What is the difference between FAST and FASTOR system?

Top and bottom aluminium rails (L-052 No. 14, L-050 No. 4, L-051 No. 8630) purposed for application both for FAST 25kg and FAST 50kg and FASTOR 60kg. Top hardware Fast G No. 4412 is employed for both FAST systems, while there are different bottom hardware. Rail L-025 No. 5 and L-020 No. 11 (plastic) is employed only in FAST 25kg. Adjustable Hardware FS-60 available.

Hot does SIMPLE system operates?

Door leaf moves on external side of a wardrobe. Top track is provided with double aluminium rail K-051 No. 10 attached to the top of wardrobe. Hardware with bearing (KOP-S and adequately attached to exterior door system only -KOP-Z hardware) - concealed hardware (rails and hardware not visible if closed wardrobe).

Where OPEN system may be applied?

Side-hung door system features with very easy installation. It is the perfect solution for limited spaces.

What is purpose of MINI CABINET?

This solution is purposed for small, light door closed within a frame or provided without a frame. Frame profiles are provided in anode colour and may be filled with 4 mm glass (along with a gasket). Maximum capacity per one door is 15kg. Due to wide application in furniture industry they may be used as glass fronts of kitchen, chemist and bathroom cabinets.

Frames are provided also with Mini Cabinet top and exterior bottom track. Frames are adapted for concealed hinges as well as for other hinges - to provide for vertically or horizontally opened frames according to applied hinge. Mini Cabinet system may also be applied without frames as a sliding door in furniture and light cabinetries.

Is it possible to install the curve sliding door?

System FASTOR 60kg is a perfect solution. All you need to do is milling on curve of the board and driver with a hammer a straight section of L-052 rail (special aluminium alloy with special wedging teeth) providing for bending of it at the same time. The straight section of the rail got bent depending on mill radius. Minimum bending radius is 450mm.

Are other colours of rail available?

At present we offer plastic L-025 rail No. 5 in colour: brown, beige, black and white. Anodized L-051 No. 8630 is available in: natural, champagne, light golden colour. Other rails (L-052 No. 14, L-050 No. 4, L-020 No. 11) are available in colour of aluminium.

Can I use other bottom track?

Fast and Fastor hardware may be applied also for aluminium Omega track. Modified Fast 50-R hardware is purposed for bottom Rama track.

How to calculate weight of door?

How many doors may I install in furniture systems?

Due to sections of upper/bottom rails of 1,5m - 4m length amount of leaves is to be determined on individual basis, but at least one leaf shall be installed. Usually two/three leaves are installed.

Is it possible to provide the door with a finish?

For FAST and FASTOR systems for boards of 16mm and 18mm channel sections C-16 No. 8650 and C-18 No. 8660, and also angle section L-10÷20 No. 8640 may be installed.

Is hardware adjustment possible in case of uneven floor?

Hardware D-25 No. 4410 and D/50 No. 4411 for FAST25kg/50kg system possess adjustment bores, while in case of FASTOR 60kg system hardware FS-60 No. 4416 is provided with a screw and adjustment spring. Adjustment is also possible in case of ST-50 hardware No. 2216 for STAR 50kg/STARFUT 50kg. UNIFUTURE and FUTURE (KOP-S/15/30/50) are provided with bores as in Fast hardware.

Can hardware be sunk into the board?

Top hardware Fast-G (System FAST25/50kg) may be turn over and plastic part may be removed to install outwards what enables sinking of the whole hardware into the board. Thanks to is You can limit space between doors.

Just turn bottom Fast D/25 and Fast D/50 hardware to drill bores.

T hardware ST-50 is purposed for installation inside from the top edge of the board.

Can I apply this solution in case of the wardrobe with base?

The perfect solution for the wardrobe with basis provide namely systems FUTURE30/50kg and SIMPLE 30/50kg. Bottom track provides rail AOF No. 3, on which invisible runners AOU No. 3302 are driven under the concealed basis.

SYSTEMS FOR TALL ALUMINIUM AND STEEL CABINETRIES

Where aluminium and steel systems may be applied?

Steel and aluminium systems are purposed for tall cabinetries (rooms, office spaces, kitchens, etc.), walk-inn wardrobes and recessed wardrobes.

What distinguishes systems OMEGA, MULTIOMEGA, RAMA, RAMA PLUS, INTERO, GAMA and PRIMO?

It is mainly handles shapes and thickness and leaf panels that make the difference as well as bottom tracks and hardware types.

What is SMART system for ?

This system is purposed for sliding doors on track (after folding sliding of all leaves towards one side is possible to provide for free access to interior), and is provided a standard for LUX self-closing hinges. Additionally stoppers protect against damage of doors. Boards finished with C-18 channel section and PRESTIGE profile.

What is the difference between OMEGA and SLIM hardware?

Slim hardware is provided with side fixing enabling vertical adjustment, a system protecting against displacement of hardware from track and an additional shelf holding the mirror and the board.

Is connection of different boards with a mirror within one leaf possible?

For this purpose a top rail and Rama connecting profile are provided. This solution enables double fixing of a glass /mirror 4 mm thick (systems RAMA, RAMA PLUS, MULTIOMEGA, INTERO) and single fixing of glass 4mm and 6mm thick in case of Gama system. Filling is provided with board 12mm, 16mm and 18mm trick (MULTIOMEGA). In case of INTERO board will be 10mm and 18mm trick, while in case of RAMA and RAMA PLUS , boards 16mm and 18mm thick are recommended. For a board 16mm thick and a glass/mirror 4mm thick OMEGA handle may be applied. GAMA system is purposed for 8mm and 10mm boards (special rails and connecting profiles for this system).

What colours of systems are available?

Aluminium systems are available in 3 anode colours: natural (silver),champagne, and light golden. GAMA and MULTIOMEGA systems are available also in Black colour. We also offer varnished Primo steel systems: natural and champagne colour and in case of veneer version: calvados and light pear.

Can the board be finished with a decorative profile?

For aluminium systems (OMEGA, MULTIOMEGA, RAMA. RAMA PLUS, INTER, SMART and DOMUS) we recommend L-10÷20 No. 8640 angle section. In case of bottom and top finish of boards (OMEGA, INTERO, MULTIOMEGA, and DOMUS) we recommend C-16 No. 8650 and C-18 No. 8660 channel section. Also bottom rail makes for a finish but it May be applied only for: MULTIOMEGA, RAMA, RAMA PLUS, INTERO system.
For PRIMO steel system PRIMO we recommend channel section No. 1813/1814.

Hot to protect doors against shutting?

Wedge gaskets installed vertically at the middle part of the handle (SR/0088) provide against shutting. Wedge gaskets provides for amortization of doors within cabinetry. Also an automatic self closer provides for gentle leaves closing.

Can curve or diagonal batten plates be applied?

For this purpose we recommend tee bar No. 8510 that subjects to bending. Also connector Domus May be applied that is similar in appearance to H letter.
Rama No. 8870 connecting profile, tee bar and Domus connector may be cut diagonally.

Why INTERO washer is required?

Intero washer placed under top runner prevents against hooking of INTERO handle if it is applied as the handle for the passage door.

How much is maximum height and width of cabinetry?

Max height for aluminium systems is 2,7m and width is 4m while for steel system it is respectively 2,6 m and 4m.

How many leaves may be applied for aluminium and steel system?

In case of cabinetry of max 4 m width a single leaf of 70cm up to 100cm is an optimal solution with application of 4 or 5 door leafs.
Due to the same shape of INTERO handle on both sides it is possible to apple the handle in the single door and also in double and other systems.
Smart handle due to its construction may be applied only for double or four sliding door system.
Handles RAMA, RAMA PLUS, MULTIOMEGA, OMEGA, GAMA and PRIMO shall be applied in minimum double leaf system.

Is hardware adjustment possible in case of uneven floor?

For most hardware adjustment is possible. All hardware for aluminium and steel systems are provided with adjustment springs and screws . Also adjustment is possible in case of construction hardware (except of furniture BIFOLD hardware).

What is anti-displacement system?

OMEGA and SLIM hardware are provided with special ending hooks to lock the fitting on the track. Thanks to displacement does not follow if the wheel approaches any obstacle (dirt, etc.), as the hooked end maintains the door leaf on proper track.

Hardware with an outrigger (Multi Om No. 8816 and Multi Ram 8817) concealed into rails are provided with the spring pushing the door to the track.

Can I avoid visible bolts of the bottom track?

Alternatively Gama bottom track can be used instead of Omega. To install Gama track you should attach plastic clips and insert Gama track. This innovative solution eliminates any visible bolts.

Why adhesive foil shall be applied on inner side of mirror/glass?

To provide for protection against damage of large size glass additional protective foil is recommended. Adhesive foil applied on inner side of the glass/mirror provides protection in case of an accident. If damage and crack of the glass follows due to a shock, foil protects against injury and scattering of the glass pieces.

Can a mirror be bonded with a board?

The mirror/glass shall not be glued together with 12 mm board. Apply only little amount of glue/silicon into the handle where it contacts the mirror.

When it is necessary to install a seal?

System RAMA PLUS does not require to install a seal for the mirror /glass (4mm) - the seal U-16 No. 8815 shall be installed for 18 mm or 16 mm board.

Can I lengthen cabinetry?

Gama top and bottom tracks provide for length extension. This unique solution enables extension of sections with connectors No. 8026 for tracks. Due this solution cabinetry length is not limited.

ALUMINIUM MODULAR SYSTEMS - AMS

Purpose of systems

System has been designed for shelving in rooms, counters, sideboards, tables, attachments, flower stands, radiators cabinetry, bedside tables, desks, dressing tables, containers, computer working positions (also wheeled). Furthermore it may be applied with: TV cabinets, shelving for TV and audio systems, wardrobes and walk-in wardrobes, cubicles, drawers, hangers, dressing rooms, partitions, tables, counters, shop windows, stand alone shelving, libraries, cabinetries - any type, kitchen cabinetry.

What glass thickness may be applied for glass shelves?

Assembly jigs purposed for glass shelves are adapted for glass of 6mm and 8mm thickness .

What are the limits for glass shelves?

There are no limits regarding thickness in case of assembly to the shelf/board. In case of vertical assembly of the board (with suspended mirror) sunk into bores of vertical profile No. 1706, seal U-16 8815 for board 8mm thick is required. The board 10mm does not require the seal. Assembly of the glass /mirror inside the profile 6mm thick requires the seal U-10 4mm and in case of the glass 4mm the seal U-10 6mm is required.

Are panels in other colours available?

Aluminium modular systems are offered only in natural aluminium colour.

What is maximum height of vertical profiles?

Maximum length is 3m.

What kind of panels may be applied to mask a middle section of the profile?

Depending on expectations regarding the profile, we may apply convex elements that will make for robust look of the whole structure or flat and concave elements to make for delicate look. The perfect solution is application of a silicone trim that will provide for aesthetics and make the whole.

How to install assembly jigs to the profile?

Depending on number of applied shelves or drawers, assembly jigs shall inserted into vertical profiles (one per each side of the shelf) and shall be attached with the screw of the jig with a hexagonal key. Real advantage of our profiles is possibility to change span of shelves and other elements and assembly without necessity to dismantle the shelving.

How to install the profile into the floor, ceiling or wall?

The whole structure of the profile rest on special adjusting foot (MPŁ No. 1710 - offered in sets of 2 items). Attach wall brackets (PM 1709) in places where the profile connects the wall, and insert the main profile on the profile and screw together with a steel screw, similarly to installation to the ceiling. Assembly jigs are invisible what provides for aesthetic look and functionality.

Can I install profiles with 90 degrees angle?

The angle connector makes such an assembly very easy (aluminium connector No. 1713, plastic connector 1719). Firstly cut profiles to required length at the angle. Next profiles dimensioned at 45 degrees angle shall be connected with rigid angle section system or directly with steel bolts. Simple connector (PŁP 1714) is purposed for connection of profiles at 90 degrees angle.

Is it possible to attach a garment rail to the profile?

We offer also solid garment rails with protection against skidding (D No. 1702) and jigs (U No. 1701) - installation to the profile and to the wall also possible.
